Veterinary Care for the Island Communities of Casco Bay
Dr. Flood gives a black Lab a dockside veterinary exam.
Dr. Flood, aboard the 27′ Rita Joan, provides veterinary service to pets and farm animals on the islands of Casco Bay. Appointments are on the boat at public docks or at the homes of the pets. The boat has a small lab and is equipped to perform minor procedures. We travel to the following Casco Bay islands:
- Peaks Island
- Great Diamond Island
- Little Diamond Island
- Long Island
- Chebeague Island
- Cliff Island
House Calls to Portland and Greater Acton Areas
Some pets just prefer their veterinary care in a relaxed atmosphere, their home. We also help with poultry and small ruminants.
